How to send your parcel safely?

Your security is our priority. Once you have booked and obtained the traveler's number, remain vigilant.

Identification Documents

Request a photo of their passport (identity page) and a selfie for verification.
Handing over the parcel

Always meet the traveler at the airport on the day of their departure to hand over the parcel in person.

Do not provide the unique code until delivery has been confirmed by your recipient.

Content Control

You must imperatively inspect the inside of the parcel in front of the sender. Refuse any pre-sealed parcel.
Prohibited Items

Never accept to transport unidentified liquids, powders, or high-value items not declared.

To unlock your money safely, ask for the unique code from the sender only at the moment of delivery.

If in doubt about the legality of an object, it's better to decline. Your legal security comes first.
